Use your hands to apply the hair mask and run your fingers through it to make sure its evenly applied. Its important to coat as much hair as possible and not just the top layer. You can apply it directly to your scalp aswell, its non greasy and coconut oil aids dandruff so thats a plus point. It also helps hair growth and nourishes the scalp
Tasty Rustic Bisque Soup
This is an amazing and tasty soup and definitely my favourite. Its very filling so perfect for lunch. You don't even need to have bread with it as its quite heavy. I wouldn't really have it as a starter for a main course for that reason. I find even when I'm full i keep craving more. Its that good!!

This quick and easy to make all-rounder face mask give your skin a real 'perk me up' and helps keep acne at bay. I try and use it at least once a week and my face feels so refreshed afterwards. The best thing about it is its all natural products so no worries there. Its also cheap to make so thats a bonus. You will feel like you just had a spa facial without the price tag. Prepare to feel pampered and preened with cleansed pores and a glowing complexion. You can make as much as you like but i just make enough for a jar so i can re-use again without having to make more.
My 5:2 Diet Diary
Im glad with my progress so far as i have lost weight and still managed to eat the foods i love. I should be incorporating exercise but its been pretty effortless to be honest. The fasting comes easy now that my body has adapted to it. So basically I fast 2 days a week, taking in only 500 calories on fast days and the rest of the week i don't have to count calories or watch what i eat.
