In fact, there are only 37 cals in one piece if you do that! I personally am a chocaholic so i would leave them in of course. But if i was feeling like eating a whole tray then its good to know haha. Wine Oh Wine!!

The thing about wine is, its like they say, its an acquired taste. I basically couldn't stand the taste of wine when i first tasted it. I was around 12 or so and happened to pick up a nearly empty glass of red off the table when no one was looking and swigged the remains of it. It was so gross i thought i wouldn't be able to refrain from spitting it out there and then. It just tasted like fermented grapes, which it is, and oh so potent. I couldn't get rid of the taste of it for ages. Yuck. I vowed never to go there again. I was only 12 in fairness, but still! Eww.

Healthy and Yummy Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing. Deliciously Guilt-Free!!

Hi all, today I'm sharing my absolute favourite salad dressing and you will be so surprised that its low fat due to the sheer deliciousness of it. I myself was amazed to discover that you really don't have to compromise on taste when opting for low fat with this gem of a recipe. It tastes creamy and its very filling too so its a thumbs up on all levels from me! I make it all the time and it lasts for a couple of days in the fridge so i usually make enough for 2 salads. It works great as a dip too.
