Hiya, so Im on another fast day on the 5:2 diet today and its going ok so far. I had a small breakfast of only a peach and a handful of blueberries so by lunch time i was really hungry. Decided to make my lunch an omelette with zucchini, red onion, a slice of bacon, chopped and garlic to fill myself up. It was quite nice and not unlike my normal lunch choice really. It comes to 223 calories, according to an app i have on my phone and breakfast was 56 cals so I'm up to 379 already. Looks like this will be my dinner since its only 125 cals! Perfect.
Peach frozen yoghurt recipe
Take it out about 15mins or so before eating it in order to soften it a bit, thats what i do cos it gets really hard. And never re-freeze it once it becomes too melted so don't leave it out any longer if you intend on re-freezing it. And thats it! Easy-peasy đ
65 Calorie Yummy Choc Chip Brownies!!
And as if that wasn't enough good news for one day, these scrumptious brownies can be made even less fattening if you remove the choc chips. In fact, there are only 37 cals in one piece if you do that! I personally am a chocaholic so i would leave them in of course. But if i was feeling like eating a whole tray then its good to know haha. Another fab dessert idea that can even be enjoyed on a fast day with the 5:2 Diet. Any dieters will be delighted with that news. Would love to hear feedback so do comment in the comments section and lets know how you get on. Im sure they'll be a big hit. Hope you like them!

Healthy and Yummy Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing. Deliciously Guilt-Free!!
Hi all, today I'm sharing my absolute favourite salad dressing and you will be so surprised that its low fat due to the sheer deliciousness of it. I myself was amazed to discover that you really don't have to compromise on taste when opting for low fat with this gem of a recipe. It tastes creamy and its very filling too so its a thumbs up on all levels from me! I make it all the time and it lasts for a couple of days in the fridge so i usually make enough for 2 salads. It works great as a dip too.
