My Current Natural Skincare Regime

My current natural skincare regime products

Hi Beauties,

Hope you’re all keeping well. I decided to do a post on my current natural skincare regime since I feel I have finally found the right products and my skin has improved immensely. The harsh winter weather took a toll on my skin at the beginning but now I have my skin back to normal so I will share with you my fave natural skincare heroes.

To be honest, it has been many many years of trial and error with my previously problem skin. I battled acne all through my teens and twenties and even into my early thirties. If you follow my blog you will know that natural skincare was the answer to all my problems. I finally feel confident in my own skin after years of insecurity and worry. read more

Pierre d’alun 100% Natural Deodorant Stone – Amazing!

Hi Everyone,

Finally I have found what I have been searching for all along, the Pierre d’alun 100% natural deodorant stone. It is nothing short of amazing! I have been trying to find a good quality natural deodorant for a while now and had been fairly unsuccessful so far. I have tried a few natural brands and wasn’t overly impressed by the results. I seemed to be re-applying them during the day or just discontinuing use. Although I regularly use aloe vera gel on my skin, I had never used it in my hair until now. Considering I recently discovered that gel works really well in taming my unruly curls, I decided to give it a go. Firstly though, I will show you how the flax seed gel is made and what my verdict on that was. Here goes… read more

The Cruelty Free Beauty Box unopened

Hi Lovelies,

Back again with another review of my fave beauty box, The Cruelty Free Beauty Box – October Edition. You may have read my previous review on it here. I really love their selection and you can actually go on and purchase the individual products through their store so if you love something in the box, you can easily repurchase online. I especially love their ethics, being cruelty free and most of all, taking the hassle out of researching those individual cosmetic companies and their policies makes shopping a whole lot easier. read more

How to Get Perfect Natural Curls

perfect natural curls

A year and a half ago I embraced my natural curls and decided to give up my hair straightening days. So far it has been a long and laborious battle in my quest to tame my unruly mane. Having straightened my hair for many years, my hair was in serious need of some TLC. Hair straighteners are particularly bad for curly hair as it breaks the hair if used consistently and without a heat protector. Sadly, my hair had experienced a lot of breakage and was extremely dry from the process. Here is how to get perfect natural curls to be proud of! read more
