I found this yummy French Toast scented lip scrub and just had to try it out. I have been getting chapped lips recently due to the change in temperature, well into Autumn and dare i say it, approaching winter, arghhh! As the weather gets colder, our lips need that extra care and this year i will be doing my best to avoid the dreaded dry and chapped lips.
Who doesn't want longer and fuller healthier lashes? So many lotions and potions available online that promise that, but do they really deliver? I've been doing a good bit of research into it since i was really into the fake eyelash extensions and the look they gave my eyes. They really seemed to open up the eyes and give that wow factor, but the real problem was the maintenance.
I am always posting about natural skincare masks and how beneficial they are. So today i am going to share a clear skin smoothie recipe which really nourishes from within. Why not have the added benefit of treating your skin from the inside? It not only tastes great but is amazingly healthy.
Make your own luxurious and personally designed, gorgeously scented body butter at home and at minimal cost! I have been researching all these lovely DIY at home spa treatments for the ultimate pampering experience, without the hefty price tag and i came across this lil beauty. I have seen these whipped body butters in jars at a spa for a ridiculous price and often wondered what was so amazing about them. Well, this recipe is all natural and made with essential oils so obviously it is excellent for the skin. The other thing is the luxurious feel of the lightweight formula which glides on and sinks in effortlessly. It really does feel as though you are pampering yourself when applying it so if you are looking for a bit of at-home spa primping this is ideal.
If you are familiar with my blog you will know I'm an advocate for natural skincare and i have a whole section dedicated to DIY skincare. However, i do indeed have a few non natural cosmetics in my beauty arsenal. I am always in search of decent cleansers and i haven't yet found any amazing natural options yet. I will keep you posted if i do find any worth reporting. I have had acne throughout my teens and into my twenties and here i am mid-thirties with adult acne. So needless to say i have been desperately searching for the holy grail of skincare to get rid of my annoying hormonal spots.
