This scrub and face mask in one is a great perk-me-up and a trusty favourite of mine. It is easy to make, you probably have the ingredients at home and you can keep it in a jar for use whenever you want. I use it as a body scrub before i hop in the shower twice a week or else as an energising facial in the morning. Its a great exfoliator and moisturiser in one. It smells really nice too, if you like the aroma of coffee.
For the last week i have been trying out lots of methods to get rid of red marks from my legs due to the summer weather and being conscious of wearing shorts and skirts because of them. I find it so irritating after shaving my legs to find them completely covered in these tiny red dots. I did a lot of reading about what causes them and how to avoid them, so i will be implementing much better care to avoid them in future, but i need a quick fix now!!
If you are like me, you have probably been searching for a solution to open pores forever. I have been annoyed and plagued by my pores for long enough! Finally i have found the solutions. I have been doing my research a lot lately and trying out loads of different natural methods and at long last i have found some that really work!
I use my palm just to save on washing up and its just a bit easier, once you put the baking soda first that is. And be careful not to spill the oil. So it mixes quite easily. You can add extra olive oil if you think its a bit harsh, no worries.
So excited to share this as i have been trying these wraps out and i have to say i was very skeptical beforehand! I said i will go ahead and try one and just see, sure what do i have to lose? I had done a little reading up on the various wraps and decided to go for the seaweed mud wrap. I heard so many great reports about seaweed and the minerals it contains. Apparently no plant can compare to it when it comes to the list of active and beneficial ingredients.
