I use my palm just to save on washing up and its just a bit easier, once you put the baking soda first that is. And be careful not to spill the oil. So it mixes quite easily. You can add extra olive oil if you think its a bit harsh, no worries.
So excited to share this as i have been trying these wraps out and i have to say i was very skeptical beforehand! I said i will go ahead and try one and just see, sure what do i have to lose? I had done a little reading up on the various wraps and decided to go for the seaweed mud wrap. I heard so many great reports about seaweed and the minerals it contains. Apparently no plant can compare to it when it comes to the list of active and beneficial ingredients.

The best thing about it is its all natural products so no worries there. Its also cheap to make so thats a bonus. You will feel like you just had a spa facial without the price tag. Prepare to feel pampered and preened with cleansed pores and a glowing complexion. You can make as much as you like but i just make enough for a jar so i can re-use again without having to make more.
Today I'm sharing with you a great DIY peel off mask which will leave your skin squeaky clean and totally refreshed. I have started using natural products in the last year and find they work the best for my skin. I have tried out so many expensive and chemical products over the years, and believe me i tried a LOT! I never really believed the natural route was the way to go and it was kind of a last resort to be honest.
Love your Skin and it will love you back ladies! All you have to remember is to do a 3-minute ritual when you jump out of the shower. Now if you're like me, some of u may have taken the easy route in winter and skipped any form of body lotion due to the cold weather! However, summer is now upon us and its time to get back in gear and into those shorts and swimsuits!
