Manuka Honey – An Incredible Natural Antibiotic for Immunity

manuka honey

Manuka honey is one of the strongest antibiotics available. It has been used since ancient times to treat many and varied conditions. The New Zealand Maori tribe used it to treat their wounds during battle. Manuka honey stimulates the immune system and makes it more effective. This helps our body fight an infection more efficiently.

Manuka is produced by bees who pollinate the New Zealand native bush called Manuka. It protects against damage caused by bacteria and is a natural antibiotic. It stimulates cell regeneration that helps repair tissue. It also produces hydrogen peroxide and other components that provide antibacterial properties. read more

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all keeping well. I am going to share my new favorite breakfast with you today. It is one I happened to discover by accident. I was making some ice pops for the babies the other day as I just bought an ice pop mould in the local shop. There were some flavored yogurts in the fridge for my toddler and I had the idea to make ice pops out of those to see what they taste like. Well we tried them later on that day and they were delicious! I was happy to find healthy snacks for the babies and they are easy to make on the cheap. read more

My Top 20 Flavour Infused Water Ideas

infused waters

Hi Everyone,

My mum was here last week so I didn’t get around to doing a blog post but she went home a few days ago and my toddler started Maternelle (the French equivalent of Montessori) a couple of days ago. One good thing is that I am able to spend more time on my blog. Delighted to be able to sit down and relax in peace while I write. Anyway, my lil one basically loves it and runs out the door so its a win win for everyone! The earlier mornings are worth it so I will finally get some shit done around here. At long last! I will be enjoying the peace and quiet for at least an hour I hope, as my other baby is sleeping soundly (with no racket going on to wake her). Ahhh this is the life haha. read more
