Hi Natural Beauties,

I am a huge natural skincare fan and I love reviewing my fave natural skincare brands. Today I am doing a BAO skincare review. I reached out to them as they are one of my top fave brands of the moment and luckily for moi, I got to sample some new items. BAO stands for Beth’s Aromatherapy Organic and that speaks for itself. French Green Clay for Great Skin and Hair

I happened to discover the wonder product that is French green clay for great skin and hair, by chance last year. I was in the supermarché one day searching for a good organic face mask product. I rarely get a chance to browse chemists or even online for that matter so I stumbled across this French green clay and was intrigued.

I had never heard of it before but the more I read about it, the more I wanted to try it out. It was relatively inexpensive as it is made locally here in France and considering I live here I was happy to try the brand. There aren’t the many good organic or natural brands available in supermarkets so I was happy to find one. read more

DIY Facial Oils for a Radiant Glow

I love a good oil made with beneficial essential oils for the fab results you get and the luxurious and calming feeling of putting it on at night. I am way more likely to spend more time on my skin with the application of an oil rather than a moisturiser or balm. You really feel like massaging the skin and that is a little bit of pampering in itself, especially as a night time ritual when you have time. I have found that massaging the skin is really great for the lymphatic drainage and also the muscle tone of your facial features over time. It has been proven to improve circulation and even prevent wrinkles. Well at least delay the ageing process anyway! That explains when you go for a facial, they always massage your face. Its also a relaxing and nourishing ritual. Just use circular motions and use upward sweeping motions to enjoy the rewards and gain optimum results when using your facial oil. Another great reason to try these is that they are all natural and cheap to make! read more

Beauty Balm and Bath Bombs – Make your Own!

This Beauty balm is an absolute skin saviour and will make your skin feel so nourished and cleansed. I love the feel of it and the application is a lovely bit of pampering for a tired face. This DIY balm is infused with essential oils and Shea butter to help retain moisture and leave it soft and supple with a healthy glow. It really is a fantastic all-rounder and everyone should have this in their bathroom cupboard. It can be used to exfoliate, cleanse, moisturise, fix cuticles and tame brows. Moroccan Argan oil has wonderful benefits for your skin hair and nails and Rosehip oil improves skin tone and detoxes the skin.
