Hi Beauties,

April has been quite the month for beauty boxes! The Raw Beauty Box Edition by Look Fantastic was irresistible to me so I had to get it. Last week I had The Cruelty Free Beauty Box review and next week I have yet another fab organic and natural beauty box on the way!!! So excited, I love subscription boxes. They are a lovely gift to yourself for some self care and who doesn’t love getting a gift-wrapped pressie full of gorgeous goodies in the post?

I think I am becoming a bit of a subscription box addict now. That is 4 this month, I can’t believe it. I won’t divulge what the next two are but they are all great value and full of natural, organic skincare and makeup. The “Raw” Beauty Box Edition by Look Fantastic is a one-off special edition since they don’t normally do a 100% pure/natural box. They do often feature natural products but this is a real treat so I had to grab one! read more

A year and a half ago I embraced my natural curls and decided to give up my hair straightening days. So far it has been a long and laborious battle in my quest to tame my unruly mane. I happened to discover the wonder product that is French green clay for great skin and hair, by chance last year. I was in the supermarché one day searching for a good organic face mask product. I rarely get a chance to browse chemists or even online for that matter so I stumbled across this French green clay and was intrigued.

I had never heard of it before but the more I read about it, the more I wanted to try it out. It was relatively inexpensive as it is made locally here in France and considering I live here I was happy to try the brand. There aren’t the many good organic or natural brands available in supermarkets so I was happy to find one. read more
