Hi Beauties,

Been super busy lately so excuse my absence from the blog but I am super excited that I’m a judge for the CertClean Beauty Awards 2019! I am absolutely delighted and honoured to be chosen for such a worthy role.

CertClean are a well-known trademark which helps us to identify and be certain in the knowledge that the beauty products we buy are formulated without toxins, parabens, carcinogens and nasty chemicals that may harm us.

As you may know, the beauty industry is highly under-regulated, therefore we need proper certification to be sure our products are free from harmful ingredients that can affect our hormones, reproductive systems and neurological functioning. French Green Clay for Great Skin and Hair

I happened to discover the wonder product that is French green clay for great skin and hair, by chance last year. I was in the supermarché one day searching for a good organic face mask product. I rarely get a chance to browse chemists or even online for that matter so I stumbled across this French green clay and was intrigued.

I had never heard of it before but the more I read about it, the more I wanted to try it out. It was relatively inexpensive as it is made locally here in France and considering I live here I was happy to try the brand. There aren’t the many good organic or natural brands available in supermarkets so I was happy to find one. read more

Aloe Vera for Overall Health and Beautiful Skin

Aloe Vera is my new go-to desert island must-have product. I had no idea there were so many health benefits until reading up on it recently. I was blown away by the long list of amazing benefits of using Aloe Vera for overall health and beautiful skin.

Here is a little bit of history about Aloe Vera, a wonder product used by many, dating back to over 6000 years ago!

Other names for the plant include Lily of the Desert, Plant of Immortality, Healing plant, Fountain of Youth and Burn plant.

Over 6000 years ago, stone carvings of the plant were displayed in tombs of the dead Pharaohs in Egypt. It was described as a plant of immortality. read more
