65 Calorie Yummy Choc Chip Brownies!!

 

PREP TIME: 5 MINS

COOK TIME: 15 MINS

MAKES 9

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 CUP OF NON FAT GREEK YOGHURT

1/4 CUP OF SKIMMED MILK

1/2 CUP ROLLED OATS

1/2 CUP OF STEVIA SWEETENER/SIMILAR

1 EGG, WHISKED

1/2 CUP OF GOOD QUALITY  COCOA POWDER

1/2 CUP OF GOOD QUALITY DARK CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED

1 TSP BAKING POWDER

PINCH OF SALT

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 200° C AND GREASE A BAKING DISH (8X8″)

MIX TOGETHER ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH A BLENDER OR BY HAND

POUR INTO THE BAKING DISH AND COOK FOR 15 MINS

COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING INTO SQUARES

And as if that wasn’t enough good news for one day, these scrumptious brownies can be made even less fattening if you remove the choc chips. In fact, there are only 37 cals in one piece if you do that! I personally am a chocaholic so i would leave them in of course. But if i was feeling like eating a whole tray then its good to know haha. Another fab dessert idea that can even be enjoyed on a fast day with the 5:2 Diet. Any dieters will be delighted with that news.
